There is no form, no tracker and nothing is loaded from outside. Nothing you do here becomes anybody’s data.
What does not happen

The typeface, the four motion files, the logos and the badges are all served from the same address as this page. That is why it weighs a fraction of the current site, and it is the same reason there is nothing to collect.
What the server records
The minimum that any server records.
Like every web server, this one notes the request it receives: the address asked for, the date and time, and the network address it came from. That exists so the site works and so abuse can be contained, and it feeds no profile.
This proposal also stores the date the link was first opened. It is a single timestamp, one per proposal, and it is there so Leandro knows it arrived. It is not a visit counter and it identifies nobody.
Out of scope
The group’s own policy is written by the group.
This is a redesign proposal, and not the official website of Grupo OM. The definitive text of the agency’s privacy policy, with the legal bases under the LGPD, the retention periods and the data officer’s channel, belongs to the agency and its legal team. This address exists to show where that policy sits in the design, and to declare, honestly, what this piece does.
