About the Project

Visual management and creation of social media assets for the architecture and home decor segment. The challenge was to transform technical products (glass, frames, and roofing systems) into objects of desire, conveying sophistication and comfort for the home.

The Strategy

The graphic design project was structured on three pillars to generate immediate trust with investors:

Authority and Transparency: Strategic highlighting of legal information (CAU, Permit, and “100% completed” status), vital elements to eliminate purchasing objections in the real estate market.

Brand Humanization: Use of professional photography of the team integrated with the development’s 3D renders. This creates a personal connection and reinforces that there are real, committed people behind the project.

Premium Design: A sober color palette (Deep Blue and Grey) combined with high-quality renders (night and day scenes) to convey elegance and modernity.

Result

Assets that communicate not only an architectural project but a safe and sophisticated investment opportunity.
