About the Project

Development of an advertising Key Visual (KV) for Skol beer. The main objective was to maximize the product’s “Appetite Appeal,” transforming a standard bottle image into a refreshing object of desire through advanced digital manipulation.

The Technique (Making of)

The image construction focused on hyper-realism and sensory details:

Precision Masking: The bottle cutout was meticulously executed to ensure sharp edges and preserve glass transparency, allowing for perfect integration with any background.

Digital “Ice-Cold” Effect: To simulate an ice-cold beer, texture elements were digitally added:

Condensation: Insertion of water droplets with realistic volume and reflections along the bottle’s body.

Frosting: Application of ice/frost texture on the neck and cap, accentuating the visual temperature of the product.

Brand Atmosphere: The background was composed using the brand’s KV elements (the circular arrow logo) blurred for depth. We added layers of smoke (dry ice mist) at the base and lens flares to create a climatic and immersive scene.

The Result

A high-impact advertising piece that instantly communicates product refreshment, ready for use in print or digital campaigns.
