About the Project

Complete visual identity development and 360º communication for the “O Poderoso Shawarma” (The Powerful Shawarma) snack bar in Curitiba. The goal was to create a brand that lived up to its name: imposing, memorable, and with strong appetite appeal to stand out in a competitive food court and on delivery apps.

The Strategy

The brand was built on three visual pillars to dominate the local market:

“Hunger & Power” Color Code: The saturated combination of Orange (stimulating hunger and impulsivity) with Black (contrast and readability) creates an impossible-to-ignore visual identity. This was applied everywhere, from the storefront to the packaging.

Profitable Menu Design: The menu layout (print and digital) was strategically designed to increase the average ticket size. We used “Menu Engineering” with high-quality photos (“Food Porn”) and visual highlights for Combos and add-ons, making the customer’s purchasing decision easier.

Proprietary Pattern: We created an exclusive pattern featuring icons of ingredients and products (shawarma, fries, drinks). This visual element builds brand consistency, dressing the background of social media posts and institutional materials, making any asset immediately recognizable.

Promotional Communication: Campaign assets featuring humor and direct visual appeal, such as the Father’s Day promo and corporate partnerships (EBANX), strengthening the local presence.

The Result

A coherent and “powerful” brand across all touchpoints. The visual identity unified the customer experience, whether ordering via iFood, viewing an Instagram post, or sitting at a table in the physical store.
